WEEK ONE SUPPLEMENTAL WORKOUT
Do this once or do it every "off" day - but DO IT because you're the only one who can make you your best self. (And then you'll feel and look amazing which really helps improve every facet of being alive)
Warm up: 5 minute jog + 25 jumping jacks
Core: 25 crunches, 1 minute plank, 25 bicycles
WORK: Do this Circuit 3X
15 Squats (with weights if you know you should)
20 Dips on your kitchen chair
10 Burpees
STRETCH!
That's it for week one! The exercises will increase as time passes but you'll be all swoll so it's going to all work out!
