SUPPLEMENTAL WORKOUT WEEK 8
We’re getting creative!
Put two kitchen chairs, facing back to back, 2.5-3 ft apart.
Push a broomstick through the chairs at seat level so that it’s about 2 ft off the ground (like playing limbo).
Lay flat on the ground under the stick with the stick mid-chest. Do:
15 OVERHAND grip rows (core tight and coming to mid-chest)
20 dips on the chair
15 Step-ups/side on chair (option B= Split squats)
100 High Knees
REPEAT 5X!
